Axis Mobile App 2.0 was launched in October 2013 and reached more than 300,000 downloads within first two months of launching.

Bank Danamon Indonesia

Established in 1956, Bank Danamon is the sixth largest bank in Indonesia by assets.

The innovative D-Mobile app was launched in Nov 2014. One of the  key feature of the app is ‘Sosmed D-Cash’, a first-of-its-kind service, allowing users to transfer funds via Facebook to either Danamon or non-Danamon customers. Another unique feature of D-mobile application is the Augmented Reality (AR) function that allows users to utilize their phone camera to scan for the nearest Danamon Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and branch, while also providing the capability to scan for the nearest Danamon Credit Card promotional offers across different categories such as dining and travel.

The Bank’s signature user experience, “Drum Roll”, is also reflected on every transaction category including transfers, purchases and payments, allowing the users to easily switch between frequent and non-frequent transactions.

MCB Mobile Banking App by Tagit

Mauritius Commercial Bank

Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB), founded in 1838, is the leading banking institution in Mauritius, the Indian Ocean and East Africa.

MCB’s Juice Mobile Banking app was launched on July 2013. Juice is the first mobile banking service that enables cardless cash withdrawals and mobile payment capabilities in Mauritius. Developed and deployed in just three months, this service delivers on the bank’s commitment to offer innovative services to meet the needs of its customers.

MCB’s Juice app offers innovative means of cardless withdrawals through functions like “Juice Cash” and “Juice ATM.” Juice Cash allows customers to withdraw cash from Juice-enabled agents nationwide by transferring money to them via their mobile phones. Juice ATM allows customers to use their Juice app to send money to persons who can then withdraw the cash transferred by keying in relevant codes at MCB ATMs but without using a card.

MCB’s “Juice Payment” option enables customers to use their mobile phones as a credit card by allowing them to make person-to-merchant payments to accredited providers such as doctors, merchants and taxi drivers displaying the Juice logo.

Other features of the Juice app include offering customers the convenience of performing fund transfers, and basic mobile banking functions such as checking account balance, and viewing account details and prior transactions.

Maybank Singapore’s Mobile Banking App was launched in August 2012. The mobile banking service from Maybank is unique because of the level of personalisation it offers, and allows the users to connect to social media platforms for better service. This is possible because Mobeix works on a new design approach to mobile banking.

The mBanking app allows customers to perform cross-market transactions such as bill payments and funds transfers from Singapore to Malaysia which is the first and only mobile service in the industry. It also offers location-based features, customers can conveniently locate Maybank’s branches, ATMs and allied networks like the ATM5, AXS and iNETS kiosks; they also get the benefits like finding latest Maybank promotions from participating retailers and outlets.

Mobile Money is a new service launched in November 2013 that allows the customer to pay anyone, anytime and anywhere from your Maybank CASA Account. Payment is made to any Singapore-registered mobile number regardless of whether the collectors are customers or not. This is the first in Singapore and has set a new benchmark for mobile payment locally.
