Role Objective

We are seeking Business Analyst with testing knowledge who will be responsible for understanding requirements, specifications and business processes related to proposed solution. Candidate must have worked on at least 2-3 projects as a Business Analyst. Work with team for design and usability and prepare wireframes/mock-ups/prototype/traceability matrix.


This position is required to understand Client business process and liaises with offshore development team. The person will act as a single point of contact for the customer based out of Japan, to ensure that during the course of project all the requirements, concerns and deliveries are responded proactively and in time. The person will have consultative approach towards pain areas and requirements of the client and will always look forward to position various solution offerings.

  1. You will be part of core team member interacting with local and offshore stakeholders.
  2. You need to be a good communicator in terms of business acumen, talking with colleagues and stakeholders and being an effective listener.
  3. Lead analysis and documentation of business needs, prepare analysis and business requirements documentation (BRD, SOW, SRS, FSD, Use Case & Solution guide).
  4. Assist the test team in the planning of testing activities to ensure that business requirements are proved.
  5. Experience in mobile industry will be highly regarded.
    • Should possess strong knowledge in preparation of all QA related documentation (Test Estimation, Test Management Plan, Test Script design, Test Cases, Test Verification report, Test summary, RTM, Use cases, & User guides)
    • Able to perform SIT, Regression testing, User Interface, Compatibility, Acceptance and basic Security testing


• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. • Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.


  • Native Japanese speaker or must have attained high level of Japanese language, should be able to transale the technical documents from Japanese to English for smooth delivery of project.
  • Excellent communication/Documentation/Listening/Presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge in banking domain and familiar with Payments and Access Control & Limits structure
  • Working knowledge of Trade Finance, Treasury, Cash management, Credit lines and sub-limits
  • Understands and has worked on mobility.
