Sales & Account Management Director (Singapore)

We are looking for passionate, driven, go-getter Sales and Account Management Director for ASEAN region. You should be able to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing sales opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans. Will be responsible for developing new opportunities, building and managing a pipeline, creating & executing account strategies, closing enterprise-level deals and generating revenue across the region.
What you will be doing
- Identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share – Hunting.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities – Farming.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, articulate solutions and close deals.
- Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
- Build rapport with clients and communicate solution values of products and services
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
What you will bring along
- Comfortable with Targets and timelines
- Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Client Relationships
- Minimum 10-12 years of IT/Digital solutions sales experience
- Candidates with IT, Mobility background with experience of selling solutions to BFSI sector
- Preferred Engineering + MBA background from a reputed institute
- Good know-how in regional sales, should have contacts across region in FSI sector
