Role Objective

The senior channel manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Sales partner relationships.  The partner manager is responsible for supporting the partner relationships to include go-to-market plans, providing solution updates, commercial relationship with the partner and on-going sales plans.  The partner manager will represent all of the Tagit partners to the internal Tagit teams to insure organizational support is provided. 

Requirements

  • Experience managing partner channel relationships and performing Business Development activities
  • Candidate should have experience in using digital technologies to solve business problems
  • Deeper understanding of digital trends in the market
  • Banking Domain Products & Solutions Expertise added advantage
  • Possess experience of coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
  • Expertise in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, pre-sales business documents
  • 7 + Years of proven and strong experience in above-mentioned skills and requirements
  • Masters/bachelors in management or relevant field

Responsibilities

  • The ability initiate, develop and maintain all aspects of a partner relationship.
  • Development the commercial and contractual relationship with the partner.
  • Understand the solution and technology requirements to meet the Tagit portfolio requirements.
  • Ability to give presentations and drive partner meetings
  • Understands the sales process, end-to-end and what is required to support the partner relationship in all aspects of the sales cycle; including, presentations, RFI-RFP responses and commercial model
  •  Ability to create go-to-market plans and business plans, jointly with the partner
  • Ability to communicate to Tagit stakeholders the plans and status of partners
  • Ability to set Key Performance Indicators for Partners
