WHO YOU ARE:
- An enterprising Product Manager with extensive experience in retail and corporate banking and financial services.
- A strategic thinker with a strong track record in product strategy and roadmap development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with large, cross-functional teams on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and work closely with Sales and Solutions teams on RFPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage products across Corporate and Retail Banking ecosystems,
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer feedback analysis, and structuring that into product networks
- Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning and execution
- Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, business requirements, and product performance.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
