MICROSERVICES
Microservices

The platform is based on a Microservices architecture to provide a foundation for scalability and modular development. The Mobeix platform components can be deployed to scale on demand.

  1. The Mobeix banking components, are domain focused, API enabled and micro-services deployable to provide further deployment configuration options for the bank
  2. The different Mobeix Components can be deployed as separate containers if required
Deployment Options
Deployment Options

The Mobeix platform supports multiple deployment options:

  1. On-Premise for banks who are unsure to switch to the cloud or who selectively keep system on-premise for regulatory compliance
  2. Cloud VM deployment is for banks who prefer to maintain a similar deployment structure to on-premise using virtual machines
  3. Cloud Platform to support a “cloud native” deployment. Tagit supports the deployment of an OCI image that can be used across cloud providers such as AWS, Google and Azure
Scalability
Scalability

Scalability is a core design principle for Mobeix. The microservices architecture when deployed in a cloud native deployment can provide maximum scalability options.

  1. Mobeix can be deployed with a minimal footprint on-premise or on the cloud to support small or start-up banks and scale rapidly as the digital user base grows
  2. Mobeix can be deployed for large banks who already have a multi-million digital customer base
Modular Application
Modular application design & deployment support

Supports the application development teams to deploy categories of capabilities and configurations modularly to enable more efficient development and production processes.

Examples of this capability in the platform include:

  1. Business services
  2. UI development
  3. Messages & Labels
  4. Notifications

KEY PLATFORM FEATURES

Developer Enablement

The Mobeix platform provides a rich set of developer enablement tooling and frameworks to accelerate the development of our banking products and the development of custom capabilities and features.

Mobility Editor is a WYSIWYG mobile application development tool for developers to build UI development for mobile applications with minimal effort. It allows developers to design mobile screens once which can then be rendered across iOS and Android platforms.

Angular Components are predefined responsive web components that developers can use to speed up their responsive web development.

The platform supports a rich set of architecture frameworks that the developers can use for both client and server-side development.

Secure By Design

Mobeix has an enterprise-grade security model, covering both mobile and middleware components, that enables secure transactions across different devices, mobile operating systems, and mobile channels. It is compliant with the OWASP standards and implements best practices and counter measures against security risks and vulnerabilities. This is deployed across the Application Layer, Data Layer and Transport Layer.

Mobeix has a full set of capabilities for security for your apps. In addition, clients have enhanced the native Mobeix capabilities with third-party solutions, such as OneSpan for secure token support.
The Mobeix platform and associated banking products are real-time by design. The customer data is not stored in the digital platform and all customer and account data is retrieved in real-time as the customer needs the data. The data that Mobeix maintains is only relevant to the digital platform, such as user credentials, profile information and account mapping. Mobeix secures in-transit data using multiple encryption technologies and provides encryption for data at rest as required.
IAM component provides the capability for user authentication and authorization. This platform component is fully API enabled to support the bank’s eco-system. IAM ensures that users are who they say they are (authentication) and they can access the resources they have permission to access (authorization).

Notifications

The Mobeix platform supports a notifications capability that is used by the Tagit banking products and independently for custom features of the platform. Notification content is created using the Mobeix Admin console and supports the creation of templates that can include multi-language support, variable data, images, and actionable links.

Tagit currently has a single deployment that is supporting 15M active users across Mobile and IB channels
