Since joining Tagit in 2017 as a Quality Analyst, I am surrounded by friendly and talented people, and also provided with opportunity to take on a Business Analystrole. Tagit has been very supportive in my drive to further upgrade my skills. I was assigned projects that required hands on experience and with guidance from a mentor to guide on business processes, I gained the confidence of Tagit’s Management to take on project on my own as the Business Analyst. Tagit provides necessary resources and support to nurture potential talents. As thecompany continues to grow, the employees grows with it like part of the tree branches of a steady firm big tree. I truly enjoy growing with Tagit and sincerely thank them for the opportunities and experiences provided.

In Tagit, the company doesn't just sell a product. The company offers solutions and expertise. I can say that in Tagit, there is a genuine desire and dedication to deliver the clients wants, and not just their needs. When it comes to project delivery, team members share the common goal and object ive. I find Tagit employees as curious problem solvers, up for any kind of challenge and difficulty. When a new staff joins, we make sure the individual quickly catches up. We practise pair programming, provide training, and encourage new members to think out of the box. This is what comprises of Team Work in Tagit. I personally appreciate the open environment in Tagit, where employees can freely discuss matters with senior management, and even the CEO. In this work environment, one just needs to be confid ent enough to share his/her ideas and thoughts, then execute without apprehension.

I joined Tagit a year ago, but it feels like I have been working much longer due to the opportunities and experiences I have been given.
